Details: The purpose of this festival is to combine the preservation of the family and cultural values with enjoyment and care of our National Treasures.For the fifth year this event had been celebrated with great success and families bring their children and enjoy a full day flying kites and winners in different categories receive prices while others help in the cleaning of El Morro grounds. That is why the motto of the event is "Cuida lo tuyo, Vuelala con orgullo" is English, "Take care of your heritage, Fly your kite with pride".
